Our vision is for a society in which every citizen has a high sense of justice and is empowered through it to contribute to the achievement of justice through the law. In this society, the European Union is perceived as a community of shared values, whose policies and agenda Bulgarian citizens are actively engaged in. A society committed to the rule of law and full interaction between the Bulgarian and European legal systems.

Our mission is to shape the legal awareness of Bulgarian citizens by explaining the fundamentals of law as a regulator of social relations and familiarizing them with the powers of the main state institutions, as well as to encourage them to actively exercise civic control over them. We promote European policies and the benefits of European integration, thereby contributing to the perception of the EU as a community of shared values. We work for an effective legislative process by encouraging citizens to participate in it through public consultation. We impart knowledge of EU law to Bulgarian lawyers with the aim of achieving the highest standards of law enforcement in the Union in order to harmonise the Bulgarian and European legal systems. We believe that the law should live not only in institutions but also in the imagination, so we create a space where lawyers and artists collaborate to demand justice—not only in courtrooms but also in public spaces and cultural life.

• To increase the knowledge of Bulgarian citizens, with a focus on young people, about civil, administrative, criminal, EU, and international law;
• To promote Bulgarian and European institutions, their competences, and work;
• To improve the electoral culture of Bulgarian citizens, including for European elections;
• To change attitudes in Bulgarian society towards the EU and the benefits of European integration;
• To explain EU policies and increase Bulgarian citizens' interest in them;
• To work towards the high-quality transposition of European directives;
• To increase the knowledge of Bulgarian lawyers in the field of EU law;
• To support the civil sector in conducting advocacy campaigns by developing various tools such as methodologies, guidelines, etc., and by providing consultations;
• To participate actively in the public consultation process through opinions and to encourage the participation of NGOs and citizens in it;
• To participate in working groups for the drafting of bills and work for transparency in the composition of working groups at ministries and for the publication of the minutes of their meetings;
• To work to enforce ex-post impact assessment of bills as a standard guaranteeing quality legislation.
